What steps do you take to protect me?
Firstly, our company is run by those who have been in the WOW PL selling business for years. We highly value your business and your opinion of us, as this affects our future with you, and with other customers.

Secondly, we keep your account information strictly secure within our organisation. Your information will never leave our organisation, and will only be told to those within it who need to know in order to level your character.

Thirdly, remember you have only released your account username and password. In order to take over full control of an account, a hacker would need information such as the date of birth, security question, and credit card information.

As a final measure, we advise that when your power leveling order is finished, you should change your account password (or set a temporary password before you place your order, and reset it afterwards). We are not responsible for the account?s security once the order is complete, so get a new password known only by yourself.
 
Power Leveling Safety Tips
1.Do not buy power leveling with an account which has received a final warning from Blizzard.
Unlike a clean account, this will get permanently closed if there is any problem, and is more likely to be watched by Blizzard.

2. Do not buy power leveling with an account which has bought gold in the past 7 days.
Even if your gold arrived without incident, this is not a safe thing to do and increases the chance of Blizzard interfering with the leveling. Just wait until 7 days after the gold delivery.

3. Do not try to log into your account whilst it is being power leveled.

4. If your main character is very important to you, use a brand new account.
After the power leveling service is finished, you can move the newly leveled character to your main account using Blizzard's immigaration service.
 
I've seen power leveling for way less. Why is that?
If you see power leveling for very low prices, chances are it is leveling by bots.

Be VERY VERY careful about power leveling by bots.

Power leveling by bots has a high risk of account closure, in some cases as high as 1 in 3 accounts getting closed!

This is because:
1) It is possible to leave a bot running and not notice that a GM has messaged the character. A human professional player will always respond.
2) Bots run the risk of behaving in a non-humanlike manner, which can be spotted by GMs or other players.
3) Blizzard has installed many systems in the game to detect bots.

If you get caught for using a bot (and Blizzard will blame you, not the company using the bot), your account will be closed, and you put any other accounts you own at greater risk too.

If you are caught using human power levelers like us, Blizzard will almost always give back the account because they are not 100% certain that it is not a stolen or shared account, but with bots they are 100% sure and so will permanently ban you.

Whilst we greatly want your business, ultimately we would rather you bought proper human power leveling from a competitor than bot leveling from anyone.
 
Can I log into my account during power leveling?
We strongly advise you NOT to log into the game.

Logging in to your account compromises its security and is the biggest cause of accounts being suspended. Blizzard will usually freeze the account under suspicion of being stolen if you do this. You will probably be able to get it back, but it will take time and effort and delay our service.

If you must log into your account, please contact us 24 hours in advance so that we can log out and thus minimise the risk.
